On April 17, during the Powerlifting Tournament organized by the General Inspectorate of Police, specifically for the "bench press" event, a training seminar was held for participating athletes and coaches. The activity aimed to strengthen technical knowledge and promote the principles of clean sport among all those involved in the competition.
Representatives of the National Anti-Doping Agency conducted an informative session focused on current anti-doping regulations. They presented essential aspects regarding the rights and obligations of athletes, the list of prohibited substances and methods, the risks associated with doping, as well as testing and anti-doping control procedures.
Additionally, participants received practical recommendations for perfecting "bench press" techniques, highlighting effective training methods and injury prevention measures. The seminar also served as an opportunity for an exchange of experience between athletes, coaches, and specialists.
The organizers emphasize the importance of conducting such educational activities, which contribute to the development of a fair, safe, and performance-oriented sporting environment.
